Koné

Koné Sindou is the Executive Chef at one of Brooklyn’s most beloved restaurants. As a refugee he escaped civil war in Cote d’Ivoir, going first to Mali, before arriving to New York. This is part of an ongoing series exploring discovering what "Home" really means and the process of transformation that occurs when displaced.
